Wally is originally from Arkansas, but he moved to Poplar Bluff when he was 13, so it's safe to say he's a local. After graduating from Poplar Bluff High School, Wally attended Oakland City College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He graduated cum laude and was named in "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities" in 1978.

Wally received his Juris Doctor from Memphis State University, now the University of Memphis, in 1984. While in law school, Wally served as a member of the Moot Court Board and also worked with the University's legal counsel as a graduate assistant.

Wally has been licensed to practice law in Missouri since 1984 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Wally practices primarily in the Southeast Missouri area and served as the City Attorney for the City of Poplar Bluff for 27 years while maintaining a separate civil practice. He is a member of the Missouri Municipal Attorney's Association and co-authored the "Municipal Taxation" section in Missouri Taxation Law and Practice, Third Edition.

Wally greatly enjoys being involved in the local community and it shows! Over the years, Wally served as the President of the Butler County Bar Association, President of the Heartland Alternative Services Program, member of the Community Concert Association, Academic Assistance Group, and was a charter member of the Optimist Soccer League Board.

Wally and his wife, Kathy, have three children and they are members of the Fellowship General Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. In his free time, Wally enjoys playing his guitar, working on his house and boating on the river.

Wade is originally from Poplar Bluff, Missouri and is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1993. Following college, Wade attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law with a Law Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Wade was a member of the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, and also received a legal intern license that allowed him to work for The City of Oklahoma City Municipal Counselor's Office in the Litigation and Prosecution divisions.

Wade graduated Cum Laude and was awarded his Juris Doctor in May 1996. Wade sat for the summer bar exam and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October 1996. Since then, Wade has lived in and practiced law in Southeast Missouri and is an active member of the Butler County Bar Association.

During his career, Wade also served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Butler County and Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Poplar Bluff while maintaining his civil practice. Wade has been privileged to help numerous clients through estate planning, property transactions, new business ventures, adoptions and more.

Wade's not all business, he is a proud member of the Mules Booster Club and enjoys spending time with his wife Kelli and their three children. Wade enjoys hunting, fishing and golf when the weather is right and plays guitar in his band The Thin Blue Line, rain or shine.

Ressie graduated Harrison High School in May 2006 and attended the University of Central Arkansas that fall with the Presidential Scholarship. Three years later, in May 2009, she graduated with a bachelors degree in Spanish and a bachelors degree in Economics with International Trade.

Immediately following undergrad, Ressie attended law school at the University of Arkansas, receiving her Juris Doctor in December 2011. The following spring, she was admitted to practice law in Arkansas. In her years since receiving her license, Ressie has worked as an associate for a major civil litigation firm and also in the insurance industry receiving multiple licenses including that of an adjuster and an agent.

Ressie is married to a local farmer, which is what brought her to Southeast Missouri. Ressie is currently licensed to practice law in Missouri and Arkansas. She is passionate about helping her clients reach amicable resolutions and also enjoys being active in the community.

Ressie is a member of the Poplar Bluff Kiwanis Club and a 2015 graduate of the Gateway to Leadership Program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
